Clarification on interim salary increase guidelines

I wanted to share a brief clarification to the memo sent yesterday regarding interim salary increase guidelines for SPA and EPA Non-Faculty employees. OHR has confirmed that General Administration does not require pre-approval on straight FTE changes, where there is no change in annualized compensation. So this is both a permissible reason for a salary increase, as indicated in the original memo, and also one that does not require any additional paperwork or approvals beyond our normal procedures.
