Customer Service Certificate Track

CONTENTS

Overview

Making a commitment to deliver excellent customer service is the goal of all participants enrolled in this track. Customers may include our own staff, faculty, students, as well as alumni and community partners. The Customer Service certificate track identifies courses that build skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service on the job. There are five required courses with no electives in the track. Participants who apply to the track must complete all coursework within three years of their application date.

Participants enrolled in certificate tracks will be updated about any changes and upcoming classes that may help fulfill their requirements.
