About the Discount Program
ELIGIBILITY
Permanent employees of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (EPA and SPA, part-time and full-time) are eligible to participate in the discount program. Exceptions may be made on a discount-by-discount basis.
Retirees from the University are also eligible to participate.
HOW TO ORDER DISCOUNTS
Specific discounts may require different ways to order. For example, you may need to:
- Download and fax/mail an order form, OR
- Pick up or request a coupon or card from the Employee Services Department, OR
- Call or email the company directly, OR
- Show your UNC OneCard at the time of pick-up or purchase
Each discount listing on the site will indicate how to go about placing an order. The Employee Services Department is located at Suite 1500, 104 Airport Drive, CB# 1045.
BE SURE TO ASK FOR THE RIGHT DISCOUNT!
Some of our discounts are made possible through our affilitation with the Employee Services Management Association (ESM). You may need to ask for the ESM discount (not the UNC discount) when ordering. Discount listings on the site will indicate the correct discount name to ask for.
STANDING VERSUS TIME-LIMITED DISCOUNTS
Some discounts are standing discounts that you can get at any time. Others may be seasonal or only for a set period of time. Deadlines are listed with each discount or order form as needed. Companies may cancel their participation with the discount program at any time.
