Salary Ceiling for New Fixed Term Appointments

The 2007 annualized salary ceiling for new fixed term faculty appointments is $174,900.

Any proposed salaries exceeding this amount will require approval through your normal administrative channels and the Board of Trustees. Please allow extra time for that additional level of review if proposing a salary exceeding this ceiling.

This salary ceiling excludes the Schools of Dentistry, Medicine, and Public Health which have separate established rates through use of the American Association of Medical Colleges salary surveys.
