About the Office of Human Resources

The Office of Human Resources -- in support of the University's mission of teaching, research, and public service -- advocates for and provides superior, innovative, and responsive services and benefits to attract, motivate, and retain a talented, diverse and committed workforce.

The Office of Human Resources (OHR) is a unit of the University's Finance and Administration Division and is led by the Associate Vice Chancellor for Human Resources. The Associate Vice Chancellor reports to the Vice Chancellor for Finance & Administration and has overall responsibility for leading OHR.
OHR's goal of making the University an employer of choice for current and future employees is carried out through the following six functional areas:

• Employee & Management Relations
• Employment, Classification & Compensation
• EPA Non-Faculty Human Resources
• HR Administration & Systems
• Policy, Planning & Development
