The University provides eligible employees with access to a variety of benefit plans that promote health and wellness, in addition to helping you build financial resources for retirement. We offer the benefit plans you would expect from a leading employer—such as health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, retirement and a variety of other voluntary programs that can be valuable for your specific needs.
When you enroll in benefit plans, your elections will generally stay in effect until you experience a qualified change in family status, otherwise you must wait until the plan’s annual (open) enrollment period, if one applies. If you seek details about a particular life event, such as birth of a child, adoption, or marriage, you should check the “Life Events” section of this site. Review each of the benefit plans carefully and be sure to ask your Benefits Consultant to help you answer any questions you may have.
