ULEAD Program Accepting Applications

The University Leadership Education and Development (ULEAD) program develops high-performing leaders who are prepared to meet the challenges of the University’s changing environment. Participants learn from our world-renowned faculty and from each other. They gain the practical insight, knowledge, skills, and confidence needed for effective leadership through instruction, assessment, and participation in a team project that addresses a real University issue. ULEAD Nominations Accepted Through April 3

The Office of Human Resources, a unit of the Division of Workforce Strategy, Equity, and Engagement, has opened applications for the University Leadership Education and Development (ULEAD) program through April 3. ULEAD targets high-performing, high-potential managers and gives them the tools and skills they need to meet the challenges of the changing higher education landscape and take the next step in their careers.
