Welcome to a pioneering division within the Office of Human Resources: Policy, Planning & Development. Our focus is strategic innovation, employee and manager learning, organizational development and policy design. Working collaboratively with both our OHR colleagues and UNC-Chapel Hill clients, we will measure the needs of our evolving workforce, research best practices within human resources and share this data to improve program development and service delivery.
