*IMPORTANT NOTE: The University has now released new emergency budget guidelines regarding limitations on employee salary increases during FY 2011/2012 for SPA and EPA Non-Faculty employees. These guidelines are based on guidance from the Office of State Personnel (OSP) and UNC General Administration (GA). Please review these guidelines and related procedural information (click here for details) prior to planning any employee salary actions for FY 2011/2012.
