Coding Adverse Weather - Emergency Employees

Joe is designated as an emergency employee. The University was closed (Under Condition III) on from 2:00 pm on 01-28 until 8:00 am the next morning (01-29). Joe regularly would have been scheduled to work 8-5 but as an emergency employee, he also worked until midnight (7 more hours than his regular schedule) in order to contend with the storm.

Joe is paid for the time he worked, plus receives paid time off on a hour-for-hour basis for all hours worked during Condition III (10 hours = 2:00 pm to Midnight). Because his total hours for the work week exceeds 40 hours, he will also receive the 7 hours of overtime pay calculated at time-and-one-half.

Joe's timesheet for the pay cycle looks like this:
