Welcome to Tar Heel Temps!

Tar Heel Temps, a division of the Office of Human Resources at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, is the in-house temporary service for the University.  Temporary employees placed through Tar Heel Temps gain valuable hands-on University experience in a variety of departments. Although permanent hiring decisions are not made through this office, many Tar Heel Temps have successfully obtained permanent employment within the University. Tar Heel Temps began operations in January 1992.
