Your tax year 2021 Form W-2 is now available in the ConnectCarolina Self Service menu. Remember that 2-Step Verification is required to access your Form W-2.
When accessing the W-2 in Self-Service, users will notice a new landing page. This page provides further instructions about accessing the W-2 as well as links to confirm your 2-Step Registration status or register for 2-Step Authentication if needed. You will also authenticate on this landing page instead of on the W-2 page as in previous years.
When printing Self Service W-2, the recommended browsers are listed on the Recommended browsers for ConnectCarolina webpage. Some users experience issues when trying to print the Self Service W-2 directly from Firefox. When using Firefox, either download to PDF first and then print or use one of the other browsers from the recommended link above.
Employees who did not opt out of receiving paper 2021 W-2s by Jan. 13, 2022, will have a printed W-2 mailed via the US Postal Service postmarked no later than Jan. 31, 2022, to the home address in ConnectCarolina as of Jan. 13, 2022.
