The survey, which will be emailed to you March 28, is for full-time permanent employees. The survey will come from ModernThink LLC, an independent research and consulting firm that specializes in higher education. It should take about 10 minutes to complete and will ask for your thoughts on topics like employee well-being, job satisfaction, belonging and institutional actions taken due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Please share your honest feedback and know that your responses will remain anonymous.

The data we receive through this program will provide us with valuable, useful and actionable information to enhance the University’s work environment for our faculty and staff and to achieve our goal of recruiting, retaining and developing the most talented and diverse workforce possible.
