This message is to provide you with advance notice that next Monday, June 14, all managers of EHRA Non-Faculty Employees and HR Representatives will receive a communication from me announcing the kickoff of the EHRA Non-Faculty performance management process in Carolina Talent and outlining changes for the 2021-2022 EHRA Non-Faculty performance management process.
Of note, the changes highlighted in Monday’s communication are:
- Adoption of a common review period for EHRA-NF and SHRA.
- Timeline for transitioning to common review period.
- Institutional goals for EHRA Non-Faculty employees.
- Required mid-cycle review for EHRA Non-Faculty employees receiving a “Not Meeting Expectations” on any goal.
This communication will also provide information on helpful resources for utilizing the new employee management platform, Carolina Talent Performance, including a calendar invitation for an upcoming webinar on the EHRA performance process.
As a reminder, as an HR Representative, you can go to the HR Community Toolkit, Carolina Talent Performance Resources for more information. In addition to the upcoming webinar, PM Representatives will receive an invitation for a refresher training in mid-July.
