We are pleased to announce that no later than May 14, the background check program will move to Customer Billing Management (CBM). CBM is a tool that enables campus departments to manage inter-departmental charges.

CBM will improve operational effectiveness and provide an efficient billing experience for departments including:

  • A more timely billing process
  • The opportunity to update chartfield strings prior to charges posting
