All Carolina community members can now attest to receiving their booster on the COVID-19 Vaccine Certification form. Everyone who attests to getting their booster will automatically receive a virtual Golden Ticket from the Carolina Together Ambassador Program and will be entered into a raffle for exciting prizes, including
- 100 $25 gift cards to the UNC Student Stores
- UNC men’s basketball tickets
- a Nike apparel package and more
