Benefits of Mediterranean Cuisine

The Mediterranean Diet has been voted the “best diet” many years in a row. This cuisine is rich in heart healthy oils, loads of vegetables, and a reduced amount of red meat. Some of the health benefits this cuisine promotes are heart health, cognitive health, and weight management to name a few.
Join us on for this online event, brought to you by OSHR Wellness featuring tips and a cooking demonstration by LifeStyle Medical Centers. Katie Godin, RD, LDN is eager to teach you more about the Mediterranean Diet and some realistic ways of integrating parts of this diet into your own daily lives. After the mini-presentation, Godin will be cooking one of her favorite weeknight recipes, Greek Turkey Burgers.
