Creative Ways to Eat More Fruits and Veggies

It is estimated that only 1 in 10 adults are getting the recommended servings of fruits and vegetables in their diet. Come learn some creative ways to include more fruits and veggies into your daily routine by signing up for the mini-presentation and cooking demonstration sponsored by OSHR Wellness and LifeStyle Medical Center.
Katie Godin, RD, LDN will be sharing some of her favorite ways to jazz up fruits and veggies as well as some prepping tips and tricks to ensure time is not a barrier! After the mini-presentation, Katie will be making a Water Cucumber Feta Salad and a Summer Zucchini Salad.
The recipes and presentation will be shared with all those that sign up for the event.
