EHRA Non-Faculty HR Topics

This workshop covers a variety of HR topics specific to EHRA Non-Faculty employees and related policies and procedures. This class includes a brief overview of the EHRA Non-Faculty employee types and terms, job classification and position approval process, appointment and termination process and procedures, compensation and pay policies, performance management, grievance process, and employee leave policies. This course is suited for someone seeking a better understanding of the terminology, policy and procedures encountered by those involved in EHRA Non-Faculty human resources administration.
