Functional Movement for the Workday

Join UNC Wellness Group Fitness Manager, Paula Keck, for a 30 minute class to energize you and help you feel your best during the workday. The session will teach you exercises to counteract sitting and working at a computer and help to reduce stiffness and prevent long-term problems.
