Holiday Nutritional Tips and Cooking Demo

The holiday season has officially arrived along with all the holiday gatherings and foods. Sign-up for an online nutritional mini presentation and cooking demonstration sponsored by LifeStyle Medical Center.
The presentation will discuss holiday pitfalls and strategies to avoid them. The cooking demo will include two holiday classics with a healthier twist, Apple Crisp and Green Bean Casserole Salad.
