Managing Interactions with your Employees

Whether you’re managing people, projects, or tasks, workplace conversations can sometimes be challenging. You may be asked to lead individuals and teams, adapt to restructured organizations, assume more responsibility with fewer resources, and address the work-related needs of a diverse workforce.
This interactive workshop will help you develop skills for communicating with fellow employees about any topic, regardless of your title in the organization. You will learn and practice techniques and tools for setting expectations, building commitment, coaching for performance, and giving effective feedback.
