Mindfulness Seated Meditation Practice: Take a Pause from your Day

Join UNC’s Program on Integrative Medicine for this seated mindfulness meditation practice as you experience the benefits of meditating in a community setting. Experienced meditators, beginners and those new to meditation are all welcome. There will be a brief introduction to seated meditation, then a lightly guided practice, ending with a few minutes for questions and sharing.
