Overcoming Team Dysfunctions

Note: The class is appropriate for team leaders, team members, and whole teams.

Comprised of individuals brought together for a specific purpose, teams face a variety of challenges. How does your team perform Is it prepared to invest the time and energy required to be a successful team Great teams don t happen by accident; they take form through good intentions, deliberate effort and persistent collaboration. Fully functional teams develop trust, manage conflict, generate commitment, instill accountability and produce results.

By the end of this class, you will understand the importance of each skill set and how to use tools and exercises to face the challenges of team work, as suggested by Patrick Lencioni in his bestselling book, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team.
