Course Number: HR2500
Performance Management and Disciplinary Process course is a 3-day class that explores the new SHRA Performance Management System, the SHRA Disciplinary Process, as well as, the SHRA Grievance Process. In addition to learning all aspects of the policies, participants will practice setting work expectations and individual goal creation, as well as analyzing and discussing multiple case studies.
This course is designed for employees that manage SHRA employees and those preparing to take the next step into management.
