Plant-Based Holiday Cooking Demo

Join Total WellBeing and Carolina Dining Services for a holiday cooking demo focused on vegetarian and vegan cooking. During this session, you’ll learn healthy recipes and cooking tips from Senior Executive Chef Gueiss while Registered Dietitian, Lee July, provides nutrition information for each recipe and discusses the benefits of eating a plan-based diet. A healthy holiday lunch will be provided by Carolina Dining Services for all in attendance.
Menu includes:
- Apricot, Cranberry, and Dried Kiwi, Wheat Berry Salad
- “English Style” Sausage Roll with Grainy Mustard Dipping Sauce
- Green Beans with Fennel, Shallots and Tarragon
- Holiday Spiced Banana, Apple, Oatmeal Cookies
All recipes are vegetarian friendly.
