Protein shakes and smoothies can be a great addition to your dietary regimen, but when is the best time to use them?
A presentation and for this mini presentation and cooking demonstration sponsored by OSHR Wellness and LifeStyle Medical Center. Katie Godin, RD, LDN is excited to help guide you through the ins and outs of protein powders, shakes and smoothies by helping you understand the best times to use them and some creative ways to go about doing so.
After her brief presentation, Katie will then show you how to make a smoothie bowl (Raspberry-Peach-Mango Smoothie Bowl) and her go-to Protein Shake (Chocolate/Banana/Peanut Butter), as well as some other creative ways to use protein powders.
Recipes will be shared with those that sign up for the event.
