Statewide Wellness Program Lunch and Learn – Self-Care 911

Self-care is an important part of mental and physical health. Self-care involves a range of practical, daily routines and useful tools that assist us in coping with tough situations.
Presenter NeQueela Deas-Blanton, LCMHC of Aspire Integrative Wellness, an integrated practice providing nutrition and mental health counseling, will discuss techniques to cope in stressful situations, promote optimal restoration and support nervous system recovery. Participants will also learn helpful tips for regaining balance and preventing burnout.
