We all live very rich and complex lives with many challenges, many choices, and many outcomes of both failure and success. In this session, we learn to interpret our life stories as an everyday practice, so that we can share our own reflections and interpretation of our experiences in ways that help build connection, empathy, and trust. Join Relational Learning @ Carolina to explore the importance of stories, then watch as the challenge-choice-outcome method is modeled for crafting brief, impactful stories that help demonstrate our values to others. Finally, practice crafting a brief story of your own that you can begin sharing immediately!
