Yoga to Counteract Desk Posture

Join yoga instructor and Physical Therapist, Laura Terry from Balance Through Movement Yoga Trainings, for a 30-minute yoga and movement practice to counteract forward head, forward shoulders and slumped posture that is common with long hours at the computer. Move to increase the blood flow to your body and your brain, lengthen shortened muscles and engage muscles underused in static sitting or standing positions.
