Body & Mind
Find peace of mind and improve concentration and flexibility with free Tai Chi and yoga classes every Wednesday at the Rams Head Recreation Center, 340 Ridge Road, Chapel Hill, NC 27514. No membership required, just bring your UNC One Card.
Classes run from August 28—December 11, 2019.
- Tai Chi – Wednesdays at 12:15 p.m.
- Yoga – Wednesdays at 1:15 p.m.
Employees can also attend an unlimited number of group classes Monday through Friday with the Lunchtime Class Pass for $30/semester. Passes available Monday, August 12. Get yours today!
For the low cost of $12.50 a month, UNC employees can enjoy access to Campus Recreation facilities (Fetzer Hall, Woollen Gym, Rams Head Rec. Center, Bowman Gray Indoor Pool, Kessing Outdoor Pool) any day of the week, all year round.
