RE: Extension of deadline for conversion to electronic position descriptions
As discussed recently in HR Council, we are extending the deadline to complete the work of converting existing position descriptions to the electronic format. The deadline to complete this work is being moved from Dec. 31, 2022, to June 30, 2023.
Schools and divisions will need to have at least 50% of their positions converted by the original deadline of Dec. 31, 2022, but will now have an additional six months (through June 30, 2023) to complete the remainder of the work. Please note that all positions currently designated as a Campus Security Authority (CSA) still need to be converted by Dec. 31, 2022.
The work of converting to the electronic format includes both entry of all data for SHRA positions and assignment of functions for EHRA Non-Faculty positions.
HRIM has developed reporting tools available on the ConnectCarolina HR/Payroll dashboard to help HR Representatives track their progress and plan for completing the work. A quick reference guide for information on these reports is available on the ccinfo full position management website.
