As a follow up to our presentation to Carolina HR Council on Nov. 8, 2021, we are pleased to announce that the university will be transitioning to a new background check services vendor, InfoMart, effective Dec. 4, 2021.
We are very excited about our new partnership with InfoMart. We anticipate improved service delivery, enhanced functionality and expanded service offerings. In addition, campus departments will benefit from a cost savings of $8.00-$13.91, depending on the background check package. Package prices do not include the interdepartmental fee or mandatory fees (e.g. state DMV, State of New York criminal search, education, if applicable).
Please note that the Background Check ePAR process will not be affected by this transition.
