In preparation for the upcoming Auditing, Business and Finance (ABF) conversion, a moratorium on actions that affect branch/role and competency changes of filled positions that are eligible for conversion will be in effect from Nov. 1, 2022 – April 16, 2023, and a moratorium on salary actions except temporary additional duties and retention will be in effect during the election period which runs Jan. 16, 2023 – April 16, 2023.
Eligible positions include SHRA Auditing, Business, and Finance (ABF) Professional job classifications that are exempt from the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and that reflect one-third or greater professional accounting duties.
Please consult your school/division’s assigned SHRA Classification and Compensation Consultant to discuss any emergency salary adjustment need that arises outside of temporary supplements and retention.
