Thank you to all the exhibitors & University groups joining us for the 2025 Total WellBeing Expo!

Exhibitor Details

We look forward to seeing you Wednesday, March 12, from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. at Fetzer Hall!

Set-up time is 8:45 to 10:45 a.m. Wednesday, March 12, in the Exhibit Hall of Fetzer Hall at 210 South Road, Chapel Hill, NC 27514.

  • Refer to the confirmation email sent by Meriem Alqoh for details about where your specific booth will be located in the Fetzer Hall Exhibit Hall. A map of the Exhibit Hall booth layout will be attached to that confirmation email.
  • Plan to staff your table for the entire duration of the event (11 a.m. to 2 p.m.).
  • We ask that all exhibits be fully ready no later than 10:45 a.m., Wednesday, March 12.
  • Upon request, early set-up can be arranged for Tuesday, March 11, from 3–5 p.m.

After the conclusion of the event, all exhibits and materials should be removed by 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 12.

Free parking:

  • Available in the Cobb Deck beginning at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 12.

For ease of unloading:

  • For your safety and convenience, there will be an unloading zone in front of Woollen Gymnasium located at 300 South Road, with volunteers available to help you unload your materials before parking in Cobb Deck. Please do not unload directly in front of Fetzer Hall. South Road will not be closed and is a single lane road.

We provide:

  • one 6-foot table
  • two chairs

If you requested electricity on your registration:

  • Please Note: The venue has limited power outlets and electricity access is assigned based on need.
  • If you have been assigned a space with access to an outlet, this will be noted in your exhibitor email sent two weeks before the event.
  • It is very important that you bring your own long extension cords, power strips, painters/floor tape and any other supplies you may require.
  • Exhibitors will be required to share electrical outlets.
You will be responsible for bringing all necessary supplies for your exhibit space, including (if applicable):

  • Tablecloth (tables will not be covered)
  • Handouts, brochures or any materials that employees can take with them
  • Interactive games or display
  • Promotional giveaways
  • Extension cords (if needed)
  • Equipment for unloading your exhibit materials — we have a limited number of dollies/hand trucks to assist with unloading, and they will be shared among vendors unloading at the same time

Donation Drop Off: On the day of the event, please leave prize(s) with the event volunteer at the Exhibitor Check-in area in the lobby of Fetzer Hall. All prizes should be received by 10:45 a.m.

Prizes can also be mailed or dropped off to the Administrative Office Building prior to the event.

  • Mail prize/s to the Administrative Office Building (AOB):

    • Chapel Hill, NC 27599-1045
  • Through Tuesday, March 11: Drop off prize/s in person to the Administrative Office Building (AOB) at 104 Airport Drive, Chapel Hill, NC 27599 (approximately 1.5 miles north of the main campus).
    • Leave prizes at the front desk of Suite 1500.

If mailing, be sure to allow enough time for the item to be successfully delivered. You are responsible for the cost of shipping.

  • Expo will open for all attendees at 11 a.m.
  • Complementary water and pizza will be available in Gym B.
  • The week of March 10 is spring break for students, all campus dining facilities will be closed.
