Wellness Wednesday Webinars
Total WellBeing collaborates with GuidanceResources each month to offer wellness webinars led by experts.
Most sessions are 45-60 minutes on Wednesdays at noon.
Registering for wellness webinars in Carolina Talent will NOT result in your manager being notified. However, completion of any course on or after Oct. 28, 2020, will appear on your Learning transcript in Carolina Talent, which can be viewed by your first- and second-level supervisors. Mindfulness & Meditation
Bring balance to your day with free 15-minute mid-day micro meditation every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 12:30 p.m. These meditation techniques led by UNC’s Meenu Tewari and other mindfulness community members to help you relax, rejuvenate, recharge and reduce stress. Participate on your computer or MS Teams mobile app.
Mindful UNC is a community of practice that invites UNC affiliates to engage in contemplative practices through community learning gatherings and unique events. You are invited to participate in free monthly mindfulness sessions the first Monday of each month at 8:30 a.m. Sessions vary among mindfulness, deep listening, meditation and stretching practice and are approximately 15-20 minutes.
