Benefit forms should be emailed to benefits@unc.edu for processing. If you have questions or need assistance, please call the HR Benefits, Leave Administration & Total WellBeing team at 919-962-3071.

Benefits Forms
Email all Benefits forms as attachments to benefits@unc.edu for processing.
Mandatory and supplemental retirement elections are managed electronically through ConnectCarolina. To enroll, terminate or submit changes to your mandatory and/or supplemental retirement plans:
- Log in to ConnectCarolina
- Choose Self Service from the drop-down menu at the top
- Choose the My Benefits tile
- Choose Benefits Enrollment on the left
- Select Mandatory Retirement Plan OR Supplemental Retirement Plans
If you want to retire from TSERS or the ORP, please send an email to benefits@unc.edu indicating your name and PID. You can request that a Benefits Consultant reach out to you.
