The Office of Human Resources Employee & Management Relations unit is responsible for all aspects of management and employee relations, including performance management and employee conduct consultations, disciplinary actions, and conflict/dispute resolution. We provide confidential consultation both to employees and to University management.

Employee & Management Relations provides consistent, equitable and timely guidance regarding UNC’s policies and procedures to enhance collaboration, foster positive partnerships and cultivate an engaging work environment for all employees, managers and the entire UNC community.
