The Office of Human Resources Employee & Management Relations unit is responsible for all aspects of management and employee relations, including performance management and employee conduct consultations, disciplinary actions, and conflict/dispute resolution. We provide confidential consultation both to employees and to University management.

Our goal is to promote, encourage and strengthen communication between employees and management at all levels; promote and safeguard the proper application of University personnel policies; establish and heighten mutual trust and acceptance within the campus community; and provide confidential, fair, reliable and effective resolutions in a timely fashion.
