Academic personnel at Carolina refers to faculty members and certain other EHRA employees. The Office of Human Resources addresses academic personnel matters related to recruitment, salary, leave and retirement; the Office of Faculty Affairs within the Office of the Executive Vice Chancellor and Provost is responsible for the administration of policies, guidelines and procedures for academic personnel.
