Many of you have expressed a desire to use this time to develop your skills and knowledge in areas that support your current role at Carolina, as well as your career aspirations with the University. To support those efforts, we encourage you to log in to LinkedIn Learning, where you can find certification prep courses, technical skills training and extensive professional development offerings that can be accessed 24/7 via your computer, tablet or smartphone.
For managers with consulting requests or training needs for their teams, we ask that you complete a Consulting Request form. We will work with you directly to accommodate your needs.
As always, we encourage you to work closely with your manager to create a plan to address your development needs and wants.
