Calming Tools for the Workplace

In this session you will learn practical and effective ways to reduce stress, improve focus, and enhance overall well-being in a busy work environment. The tools we will focus on will include practices such as the positivity ratio, meditation and breathing exercises. The session will end with a short chair yoga practice.
