Updates to the University of North Carolina Retirement Programs begin in February 2024.
For those with ORP, UNC 403b or UNC 457 accounts, use the links below to read the latest information from the UNC System Office on the transition to TIAA in 2024 for all UNC System retirement plans. There will be an impact on TIAA participants and Fidelity participants.
This transition does not impact members of the Teachers & State Employees (TSERS) Retirement Program unless you also have a UNC Fidelity 403b or UNC 457 voluntary plan. This transition also does not impact Faculty Physician specific plans.
