Join Total WellBeing and Carolina Dining Services (CDS) to learn some new heartwarming healthy recipes and cooking tips. Participants will enjoy a 45-minute cooking demo by CDS Senior Executive Chef Michael Gueiss and nutrition information provided by CDS Registered Dietitian Lee July.

- Celery root, chive and truffle oil soup with frizzled leeks
- Hearty winter salad with maple-spiced carrots, brussels sprouts, kale, cabbage & dried apricots
- Herb-roasted chicken
- Chocolate lovers’ vegan chocolate avocado mousse
- Heartwarming hot chai cider
This event will be offered in-person and virtually via Zoom. For those attending in person, lunch featuring the prepared dishes will follow the demonstration and remain open through 1 p.m.
