Thank you to all the vendors & University groups joining us for the 2024 Total WellBeing Expo!

Exhibitor Details

We look forward to seeing you Wednesday, March 13, from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. at Fetzer Hall!

Set-up time is 8:30 to 10:45 a.m. Wednesday, March 13, in the Exhibit Hall of Fetzer Hall at 210 South Road, Chapel Hill, NC 27514.

  • Refer to the confirmation email sent by Meriem Alqoh for details about where your specific booth will be located in the Fetzer Hall Exhibit Hall. A map of the Exhibit Hall booth layout will be attached to that confirmation email.
  • Plan to staff your table for the entire duration of the event (11 a.m. to 2 p.m.).
  • We ask that all exhibits be fully ready no later than 10:45 a.m., Wednesday, March 13.
  • Upon request, early set-up can be arranged for Tuesday, March 12, from 3–5 p.m.

After the conclusion of the event, all exhibits and materials should be removed by 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 13.

Free parking:

  • Available in the Cobb Deck beginning at 7 a.m. Wednesday, March 13.

For ease of unloading:

  • It is best to pull close to Fetzer Hall on South Road where you can unload your materials before parking in Cobb Deck.

We provide:

  • one 6-foot table
  • two chairs

If you requested electricity on your registration:

  • It is very important that you bring your own long extension cords, power strips, painters/floor tape and any other supplies you may require.
  • You have been assigned a space along the wall with nearby access to outlets.
  • Exhibitors may be required to share electrical outlets.

Note: Electricity access assigned on a first-come, first served basis.

You will be responsible for bringing all necessary supplies for your exhibit space, including (if applicable):

  • Tablecloth (tables will not be covered)
  • Handouts, brochures or any materials that employees can take with them
  • Interactive games or display
  • Promotional giveaways
  • Extension cords (if needed)
  • Equipment for unloading your exhibit materials — we have a limited number of dollies/hand trucks to assist with unloading, and they will be shared among vendors unloading at the same time
If you plan to attend the Expo:
On the day of the event, please leave prizes with event volunteers at the Check-In area in the lobby area of Fetzer Hall. Prizes can be dropped off from 8:30 to 10:45 a.m.

If you do not plan to attend the Expo we can receive prizes any of the following ways:

  • Through Tuesday, March 12: Drop off prize/s in person to the Administrative Office Building (AOB) at 104 Airport Drive, Chapel Hill, NC 27599 (approximately 1.5 miles north of the main campus).
    • Leave prizes at the front desk of Suite 1500.
  • As part of early check-in for Tuesday, March 12: This option is by registration only. Please select early check-in as option when initially registering as a vendor.
  • Mail prize/s to the Administrative Office Building (AOB):
    • Office of Human Resources
    • University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill

    • 104 Airport Dr., CB 1045
    • Chapel Hill, NC 27599-1045

If mailing, be sure to allow enough time for the item to be successfully delivered. You are responsible for the cost of shipping.

  • Expo will open for all attendees at 11 a.m.
  • Complementary water and pizza will be available in Gym B.
  • The week of March 11 is spring break for students, all campus dining facilities will be closed.
