Mobile Mammography | Breast Cancer Screenings

To participate in the Breast Cancer Screening, you must:

• Be 40 years of age or older.
• Not have had a mammogram in the last 12 months.
• Not be pregnant or have breastfed in the last 6 months.
• Not have had a COVID-19 vaccine or booster within 6 weeks.
• Not have any abnormal symptoms (i.e. pain, new lump or nipple discharge).
• No referral needed. Include the name of your established physician (PCP or OB/GYN) as your referring provider. Screening results will be sent to the physician provided.

When completing the online registration form:

• Select “Total WellBeing Expo” as your employer.
• The menstrual period field can be left blank.
• Include your referring physician where required (no referral needed).
