Dedicate some time to your total wellness — from the inside out!

This annual spring event welcomes all University staff and faculty to:

  • Enjoy a free pizza and salad lunch in the TIAA Food & Fun Zone.
  • Practice life-saving skills with Hands-Only CPR.
  • Unwind with a chair massage, learn a new recipe at a cooking demo or get moving with a fitness class.
  • Find your calm with a mini-mindfulness session and pet therapy dogs.
  • Join the fun during the Bouncing Bulldogs Jump Rope performance.
  • Learn about local health and wellness resources available at Carolina and in the community with free blood pressure screenings and the UNC Police medicine drop to safely dispose of your unused medications.
  • Visit with your favorite mascot, Rameses!

Can’t attend in person? Virtual events will be happening all week long, with sessions on variety of wellness topics, including workouts, financial advice and dietary tips. Visit the Virtual Events Calendar to see all offerings and to register.

Participation in the Expo is free, and attendance is considered work time for staff, who should seek advance approval from their supervisors to attend.

The Expo is supported through partnerships with Campus Recreation, Carolina Dining Services and the National Kidney Foundation Serving the Carolinas and made possible by our premier sponsor, TIAA, and gold sponsor, Aetna, along with the UNC Benefits, Leave Administration & Total WellBeing teams.

View full event details on the Total WellBeing Expo website.
