Growing a Resilient Heart in Chaotic Times

November 2, 2022 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm

We are living through exceptionally challenging times that can overwhelm us while also providing an opportunity to grow us into more of who we are. Join us in learning to raise our awareness of how our emotions drive our physiology and determine the conversation between our heart, brain and the rest of our body.

With simple understanding and implementation relaxation and stress-reducing techniques, we can gain increased energy and well-being, ability to make better decisions, improvement in our relationships and in our precious sleep. We can choose to move from being reactive to being responsive and help others, who are struggling, to do the same.
