Total WellBeing Expo

All University staff and faculty are invited to attend the Total WellBeing Expo for a day dedicated to your total well-being — from the inside out!

Join us for lunch in the TIAA Food & Fun Zone for pizza and an open salad bar (while supplies last!). Stay and visit the Wellness Resource Fair to learn about local and University health and wellness products and services. Join in activities like fitness classes, meditation sessions, cooking demonstrations, chair massages, giveaways and more!
