World Meditation Day Special Yoga Nidra Offering

Join Yoga Instructor Amanda Richardson for Yoga Nidra, also known asyogic sleep—an immersive guided meditation practice using imagery and body scanning to calm the nervous system and promote deep rest. Please be aware that this class is centered around meditation and does not involve physical movement. Be sure to bring a yoga mat, bolster, blanket,eye mask, and any other props to enhance your comfort.
