Returning to Work on Campus

The Carolina community has responded to the COVID-19 pandemic with resilience and creativity, finding ways to continue to educate our students, conduct world-class research and maintain the operations of the University despite the limitations of the past year and a half. Now as we transition back into on-site work, we are excited for us all to once again experience the best of what Carolina has to offer—the vibrancy and energy of our campus community.

We are here to support you through this transition. The information and resources gathered in this website address some of your most common questions and concerns, provide up-to-date guidance on health information and community standards, and outline the details of COVID-19-related accommodations, leave and benefits.

Guskiewicz as he welcomes back to campus those employees who are resuming in-person work and thanks those who remained on campus during the pandemic. We are grateful for all that you do to support the University’s mission and appreciate your patience and understanding as we move through another challenging transition.
